Mark Elliott, President

Mark worked for Windsor Homes and Norwood before joining ECI part-time in 1983. In 1985, he started working for ECI as a foreman. In 1988 he was promoted to Field Foreman and in 1995 he became a Project Manager. Now President and an owner of ECI, Mark is responsible for hiring and supervising all field personnel. He is also responsible for all equipment and tool purchasing and maintenance. As a Project Manager, Mark usually handles the multi-family and commercial construction.

Chuck Elliott, Vice President

Chuck started Elliott Construction, Inc. (ECI) in 1983. Throughout his 40 years in the construction industry, Chuck has bid on and ran various large projects all over the USA for several other companies. Prior to starting ECI, he worked as a carpenter, foreman, expediter and estimator. Chuck currently supervises the preparation of bids and contracts by Project Managers and works with the development, design and financial end of projects. Chuck is also very involved in several building associations. He served as the president of the Madison Area Builders Association (MABA) as well as president of the Wisconsin Builders Association (WBA) in 2001.

Chris Hohlstein, Project Manager

Chris joined ECI in 1989. He was hired as a trim carpenter and promoted to Foreman-Trim Carpentry. In 1997 Chris was promoted to Project Manager. He works mainly on residential homes. He is responsible for meeting with clients and helping them through the entire house building process from design to move-in.

Jim Elliott, Project Manager

Jim has grown up with the company. In 1988 he joined ECI as a rough carpenter and has been promoted to Leadman, then a Foreman and in 2000 to Project Manager. Jim is working in the field as a foreman on larger projects and in the office as his project manager duties demand.

Jim Stone, Office Manager

Jim joined ECI in 2001 after being in the construction industry for the previous 16 years. He is responsible for all office and accounting functions.
