Working with Elliott Construction and our project manager, Chris Hohlstein, was a pleasure! Their attention to detail and willingness to work with us on changes to our plan made the process of building a house as stress-free as possible. We were also impessed by the quality of workmanship and professionalism of all of Elliott Construction's subcontractors. If we build another new house in teh future, we plan to use Elliott Construction again!

We were very pleased with Elliott Construction and have recommended them to all of our friends. This was our first home building experience, and we didn't experience any of the nightmares that we had heard from others. Chuck and Mark Elliott got a feel early on for the type of home we wanted and were able to recommend improvements or changes at little or no cost. In fact, Mark even got into a "bidding" war with LP gas companies to get us the best possible price for gas. In addition, he got us a discount for unexpected well problems due to an unknown artesian spring on our property. And they saved us money on landfill by using dirt excavated from another one of their nearby projects. Most of the details were painless, thanks to Elliott's help and guidance. Diann, the office secretary, was always helpful and friendly. Not only was our new home done on time, we stayed right on budget to the very end! We love our new home in the country and are very glad we used Elliott Construction.

In the last 10 years, Elliott Construction, Inc. has constructed 50-70 apartment units per year. The apartments that you have built for us have always been on schedule and the work has been very organized. Without this level of performance, we would not have been able to maintain the very aggressive building pace that we have over the past several years. Bottom line, I always know that you will do what you say. If every other contractor was so reliable and professional, this job would be a whole lot easier. I don't know of any construction company that would provide a better level of service at a competitive price
It always seems that your houses are completed early without last minute rushing around. I believe that this is due to your company's organization and skill. Consequently, I have never heard a bad comment from one of your customers. That is almost impossible in this business, and a great tribute to your abilities.
